As Director of Digital for KCRW (NPR for Southern California), Nathan Lubeck lead digital operations and strategy for the organization spearheaded new projects and oversaw creative and technical direction, managing an in-house team of eight.

During this time, he launched a Webby Award-winning website, and four award-winning mobile applications for iOS and Android: doubling online listening hours and leading to a large increase in station revenue.

While running the digital department, he was responsible for creating partnerships with brands such as GoPro, YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify, and Apple Music. His team also designed and implemented a social media strategy responsible for bringing the station from 100k followers to 2.5 million over 3 years.
